Made from red and black smooth Bridal tulle, This tutu has tons of layers, the longest at 19" in the back shortest layer at 13" in the front. We have used 35+ yards of tulle! This is huge. There is also a black soft underskirt so you can not see through! The fabric and tulle has been professorially serged to the fabric covered elastic

Please note I use the same amount of material no matter what size is bought. A large size may seem more see through or less poofy, but it is the same amount of tulle. tutus are see through! our tutus are meant to be puffy and stick up and out!
