This amazing Skirt is made of almost 100yards of red bridal tulle. It had six layers of tulle, plus a red underskirt. You can not see through this skirt!!
Each layer has been gathered, serged and sewn to the fabric stretch waistband. Then there had been another layer gathered, serged and attached to the underskirt to give the bottom the extra poof!
this skirt can be made in any size.
