take my classic black tutu, and add a simple black fabric underskirt! Tutu is no longer see through!
Made from 25yards of soft smooth Black Bridal tulle, that has been gathered and serged to the black fabric waistband, then attached to a black lycra/stretch fabric 12" underskirt.

This is machine washable and can be dried in low heat.
What you see is what you get. This tutu is puffy, and will stand out!

Please note I use the same amount of material no matter what size is bought. A large size may seem more see through or less poofy, but it is the same amount of tulle. tutus are see through! our tutus are meant to be puffy and stick up and out!
