Made from 4 layers of soft smooth purple and turquoise Bridal tulle, that has been gathered, trimmed and serged to the turquoise ribbon band. This bustle can fit just about any size! easy to tie on and take off!!
This bustle is then trimmed with a fuzzy yarn, for the fantasy fairy effect!
