Made from 50yards(twice the size of my normal tutu) of soft smooth Black Bridal tulle, that has been gathered and serged to the black fabric waistband,

Please note I use the same amount of material no matter what size is bought. A large size may seem more see through or less poofy, but it is the same amount of tulle.
This is machine washable and can be dried in low heat.
What you see is what you get. This tutu is puffy, and will stand out!
