Made from 25yards of soft smooth red Bridal tulle, that has been gathered and serged to the soft matching fabric elastic waistband.
This tutu also works perfectly under any dress or skirt as a petticoat.

Just remember even though this tutu is long it still can be sheer, so if your not daring were something under them
This is machine washable and can be dried in low heat.
